This is a limited edition Dom Perignon Rose designed by Tokujin Yoshioka, and it is a collectible for many DP or design enthusiasts.
Champagne Dom Perignon, produced by Moët & Chandon, is one of the most representative brands of French champagne.Generally, champagne reaches its maturity after 5 years, but once it surpasses 10 years, it begins to decline. However, Dom Perignon champagne is an exception; its 10-year aging period is precisely its peak: delicate, elegant, with a hint of roasted chestnut flavor, accompanied by a slightly sour and sweet astringency, exuding an enchanting charm.
"Dom Perignon Rose Tokujin Yoshioka 2005 presents a super subtle and intense aroma of peach, light strawberry, and cream." It also showcases rose petals and cooked peaches. Medium to full-bodied, with delicate tannins and a silky texture. The finish lasts for several minutes. It floats on the palate."
Grape variety:
73% Chardonnay, 27% Pinot Noir
