Château Cheval Blanc is the first-class wine of Cathay Pacific Airways. Its Chinese name comes from a naming contest held by the airline nine years ago. It is a historic winery.It is located in the Saint Julien area of Medoc, covering an area of 50 hectares.Each year, 75% of new oak barrels are used for fermenting the grapes, which is very rare for non-first-growth wineries.
