The 1982 Château Ducru-Beaucaillou is a mythical, historical artifact from arguably the greatest Bordeaux vintage of the 20th century. Now fully mature, it offers a profoundly moving, purely tertiary tasting experience. The bouquet is a breathtaking kaleidoscope of black truffles, worn leather, humidor/cigar box, dried cassis, and damp forest floor.
