The 2023 Chablis Blanc is a brilliantly fresh and highly energetic expression of unoaked Chardonnay, perfectly capturing the region's classic terroir. It reveals a highly focused bouquet of crisp green apple, lemon zest, white blossoms, and striking chalky/flinty minerality. Light to medium-bodied, it dances across the palate with mouthwatering, laser-like acidity and pure, unadulterated fruit flavors. The finish is clean, zesty, and subtly saline. A wonderfully refreshing white wine that represents tremendous value.
