Founded by husband-and-wife duo Louis Poitout and Catherine Boyer, the estate focuses on small parcels of high-quality Chardonnay, with a winemaking philosophy that emphasizes purity, minerality, and terroir expression.
This wine showcases the classic Chablis profile. Aromas of green apple, lemon zest, and white blossoms lead into a crisp, vibrant palate. The acidity is bright, the minerality pronounced, and the finish is clean and elegant. A perfect match for seafood or light appetizers.
