Caiarossa is a Tuscan winery located southeast of the city of Pisa. It produces a range of wines from the Tuscany region, most of which fall under the Toscana IGT classification.The estate, established in 1998, has always focused on organic farming practices. The entire 31 hectares (77 acres) of vineyard still employs biodynamic and organic farming methods.

"Caiarossa 2017 exhibits bright and concentrated fruit flavors, with an elegant touch of crushed limestone minerality." The fruit flavors are of black cherry and sweet blackberry, but this wine also exhibits the delightful notes of tobacco and cured leather. However, the flavors of candied cherries and raspberries stand out exceptionally, highlighting the exuberance of the vintage. The tannins have a bit of a dusty and bitter taste."
