This wine is made from hand-picked grapes, sorted, and then destemmed.During the maceration process, slight crushing occurs.Soaking before fermentation continues for 10 days at 8°C.After alcoholic fermentation, the classic winemaking process involves gentle daily pumping over to promote extraction.After malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, the pomace will continue to age for 4 months.

Chevalier de Lascombes 2020 exudes a pure aroma, blending the scents of red and dark fruits with hints of herbal bay leaves, sage, and oak.The taste is juicy and delicate, elegant and fresh, with a long, soft finish, making it easy to drink.
