[Chateau Clerc Milon 2001]
Chateau Clerc Milon is a red wine from the Pauillac region of Bordeaux, France, meticulously crafted by the Rothschild group's winemaking team.Chateau Clerc Milon has a strong style, with abundant tannins, rich fruit flavors, and a full-bodied profile. It exhibits the elegant character typical of high-quality Pauillac wines and has considerable aging potential. Its label design stands out among many classified wines, featuring two clowns dancing. This is a reproduction of a 16th-century German craft, originally a sculpture adorned with gold and pearls. The original collector was Empress Catherine of Russia, and this piece is now preserved in the winery's attached museum.
"It emits aromas reminiscent of Starbucks espresso, melted licorice, blackcurrant, cherry, cedar, dried vanilla, and fine oak." The texture is enticing, the tannins are firm, it requires 2-3 years of cellaring, and is suitable for drinking at 14-15 years.
Grape varieties: 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
