The super second growth estate Cos d'Estournel is located between Pauillac and Saint-Estephe, neighboring Chateau Lafite.The nature-respecting Chateau Cos d'Estournel meticulously selects the harvested grapes, then transports them using natural gravity methods, and strictly monitors the fermentation temperature.All the wines at the estate are aged in new barrels to emphasize the rich flavors and aromas of the wood. "The 2014 Cos d'Estournel has a deep garnet-purple color, and at this stage, it is somewhat closed, slowly releasing fresh aromas."Blackcurrants, black plums, and blackberries, along with subtle pencil shavings, dried lavender, bay leaves, and fertile soil, as well as a touch of iron ore.The body is medium to full-bodied, the texture is rich, muscular, youthful, with firm, grape-like tannins, fresh and seamless, solid and persistent.
