"Chateau Cantemerle 2011 presents a violet color, with intense aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, mulberry, raspberry, blueberry, and violet flowers in the initial phase. After decanting for 30-45 minutes, the mid-palate not only retains the same aromas as the initial phase but also reveals the subtle, pleasant notes of chocolate, cedar, oak, and vanilla brought by barrel aging. The wine has balanced acidity, a medium to full body, sweet and smooth tannins, and rich fruit aromas, making it exceptionally delicious! It can reach its optimal drinking period after 10-15 years of aging."
