Canon Winery is located in the Bordeaux region of France and has been managed by the Chanel Group since 1996.The vineyard covers an area of 34 hectares, with soil primarily composed of clay and limestone, while the deeper soil is limestone rich in marine fossils.Depending on the vintage, the wines produced by Canon estate exhibit different characteristics, and each of its red wines performs admirably.

"Chateau Canon 2018 has aromas of blackberries and tar, with scents of damp earth and dark bark." There are also flavors of dark chocolate and nut chocolate cookies. The body is full, the tannins are smooth, and the finish is round and mellow. Lovely focus and intensity, though dense and layered. Very creamy and polished. Very precise and customized. Melts in your mouth."
