Located on the Fiesole hills overlooking Florence, Bibi, who grew up in an artistic family and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, gradually fell in love with wine. Eventually, he decided to make it his livelihood, fully expressing his artistic talent and creative passion.Bibi is particularly fascinated by ancient grapevines; he greatly appreciates the finesse and purity of these old vines. As a result, Bibi Graetz's estate has become one of the largest ancient vineyards in Tuscany.
