BibiGraetz winery was established in 2000. Located on the Fiesole hills overlooking Florence, Bibi, who grew up in an artistic family and graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts, gradually fell in love with wine. Eventually, he decided to make it his livelihood, fully expressing his artistic talent and creative passion.Bibi is particularly fascinated by ancient grapevines; he greatly appreciates the finesse and purity of these old vines. As a result, Bibi Graetz's estate has become one of the largest ancient vineyards in Tuscany.

Bibi Graetz Testamatta 2019 is a very attractive combination of dried fruits and spices with black cherries and plums.There are also aromas of fresh flowers and sandalwood.The wine has a full body, is very delicate yet rich, with smooth tannins that perfectly blend and intertwine with the fruit flavors.The center of the palate is mature.
