Testamatta is Bibi Graetz's flagship wine. Testamatta means Crazy Head, which describes Bibi Graetz as an active and creative person, but also extremely obsessive and passionate.

The aroma of the wine is extremely rich, with a surge of black fruit and violet notes, complemented by intense cedar, leather, chocolate, and smoky flavors. On the palate, it presents a silky texture, smooth tannins, and a full-bodied structure with ample complexity.
