Winemaker Bibi Graetz produces wine on the hillside overlooking the great city of Florence in a medieval castle, Castello di Vincigliata, which his parents bought over 60 years ago.Initially, there was only a small 5-acre vineyard on this hillside in Fiesole, but in less than twenty years, Bibi has become one of Italy's most creative winemakers, adding "passionate winemaker" to his profile alongside "talented abstract artist."

At first sniff, the pure summer cherry aroma dominates, but as the wine breathes, it gradually breaks down, revealing a lighter and more delicate bouquet on the finish.
