Located in Saint-Julien, Chateau Beychevelle is a renowned Bordeaux Fourth Growth estate, whose characteristics have been refined over three centuries.In 1587, the estate belonged to Duc D’Epernon, the governor of the Bordeaux region at the time, who later became the commander-in-chief of the French Navy. "Beychevelle" evolved from the French word Baisse-Voile (lower the sail), and legend has it that ships passing by the vineyard had to lower their sails in respect for this nobleman.

The taste of blueberries and some chocolate and berries. The body is medium, the tannins are delicate, the finish is fresh and medium.

57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot y 2% Cabernet Franc
