Located in Saint-Julien, Chateau Beychevelle is a renowned Bordeaux Fourth Growth estate, whose characteristics have been refined over three centuries.In 1587, the estate belonged to Duc D’Epernon, the governor of the Bordeaux region at the time, who later became the commander-in-chief of the French Navy. "Beychevelle" evolved from the French word Baisse-Voile (lower the sail), and legend has it that ships passing by the vineyard had to lower their sails in respect for this nobleman.

A very polished and refined 2020, with medium body, integrated tannins, and texture. Wonderful flavors of currants, subtle chocolate, and snow peas. Fresh finish.

Grape variety:

51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 4% Petit Verdot.
