[Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5 Year Old]

Wee Beastie is an untamed young single malt whisky from Ardbeg, blended in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks for five years before release.Fresh herbal aromas of pear, black pepper, pine needles, vanilla, and honeyed ham mingle with scents of anise, green apple, leather, and coffee.The palate features flavors of dark chocolate, hot tar, smoky bacon, fennel, and eucalyptus, with a long finish.

Bourbon barrel/Sherry barrel

Color: Light gold

Aroma: Crunchy barley sugar, sharp apples, cracked stones, and fierce smoke. Damp seaweed, rock pools, and moss-covered stones emerge from behind the smoke, followed by tar ropes, burning pine needles, charred lemon peels, and roasted apples.

Body: It feels very much like drinking soda, with the carbonation tickling the nose.

Taste: First, there are crisp apples, ash, and a hint of damp peat smoke. Pebbles and charred wood develop with the salty taste of the sea.
