Chateau Clerc Milon is a winery under the Chateau Mouton-Rothschild group.The French word "Pastourelle" refers to a traditional dance step, evoking the romantic encounters between knights and shepherdesses: this name perfectly corresponds with the dancers on the label of the wine.Although Clerc Milon is a Fifth Growth estate, its wine prices have reached the level of a Second Growth estate.

This wine exudes mineral notes, tension, and a delicate graininess. On the palate, it has fruity aromas, excellent balance, a fresh body, a long finish, and an exceptional taste. This wine presents juicy raspberry, cherry, and a hint of blackberry flavors, accompanied by a violet aroma, with very subtle notes of nutmeg, caramel, and a faint mineral taste. The aftertaste is long-lasting. The tannins are elegant.
