Cos d'Estournel 2014

The 2014 Cos d'Estournel has a deep garnet-purple color, and at this stage, it is slightly closed, exuding a slowly emerging fresh aroma.Blackcurrants, black plums, and blackberries, along with subtle pencil shavings, dried lavender, bay leaves, and fertile loam, as well as a touch of iron ore.The body is medium to full-bodied, with a medium body, a rich mouthfeel, muscular, young, with firm, berry-like tannins, fresh and seamless, solid and persistent.

"Exudes aromas of white chocolate, black currants, acacia flowers, crushed stones, and wet earth.The tannins are surprisingly soft, although this dense, full-bodied red wine is still somewhat one-dimensional, it is full of concentration, power, and a long finish."
