Bouchard Pere & Fils was founded in 1731 and is one of the most famous wine merchants in Burgundy, owning numerous Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards and plots in the region.For several centuries, Bouchard Pere & Fils has been dedicated to acquiring high-quality vineyards in Burgundy. To date, Bouchard Pere & Fils owns over 130 hectares of vineyards, with 12 hectares being Grand Cru and 71 hectares being Premier Cru.

The classic wine set from Bouchard Pere & Fils features four Burgundy wines from different vineyards, villages, and regions, all traditionally crafted from 100% Pinot Noir to create a variety of Burgundy classics.

Bouchard Pere & Fils Beaune 1er Cru du Chateau 2018, made from grapes from a premier cru vineyard, is characterized by aromas of fresh pear, citrus, white flowers, and sweets. It is medium to full-bodied, rich in layers, and highly attractive; crisp and well-balanced, finishing with a refined chalky sensation.Not only open and expressive, it indicates that it can be enjoyed while young.

The Bouchard Pere & Fils Nuit Saint Georges 2016, made from grapes from village-level vineyards, has vibrant black fruit filled with raspberries that becomes even more abundant in richness. The aromas of tea leaves and tarragon are exuberant, permeating with notes of graphite, rose, and lasting black mushroom flavors; the tannin structure is well-balanced, offering good depth and roundness on the palate, concluding with a beautifully complex and persistent finish.

Similarly, the Bouchard Pere & Fils Cote de Beaune Village 2018, made from grapes from village-level vineyards, exudes bright aromas of blue plums, juicy wild strawberries, and subtle hints of wild red berries, accompanied by scents of violets, nutmeg, and faint traces of saffron and gray pepper. The taste is fresh, mineral, fruity, balanced, with a subtle mineral structure. The tannins are precise, elegant, and very mellow.

The Ouchard Pere & Fils La Vignee Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019, made from grapes from regional-level vineyards, presents flavors of blackberry, red currant, raspberry, and a hint of herbs.The mature flavors of cranberry, raspberry, and cherry can be clearly distinguished, and the crisp freshness makes it an ideal pairing for a variety of dishes.
