🍷：法國五月必讀！酒標上嘅「AOC」到底係咩？

 踏入五月，全城都慶祝緊「法國五月美食節」（French GourMay）！講起法國，又點少得法國葡萄酒？🇫🇷

 平時買法國酒，成日見到酒標上面印住「AOC」或者「Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée」呢幾個字。到底呢串法文代表咩？點解有佢就代表支酒有保證？🧐

 📜 冷知識：AOC = 法國酒嘅「出世紙 + 成績表」！

 AOC（原產地命名控制）係法國喺 1930 年代設立嘅嚴格分級制度，目的係保護法國各個產區嘅傳統同品質。要喺酒標上印 AOC，酒莊必須過五關斬六將：

1️⃣產地限制：提子必須 100% 來自標示嘅特定產區（例如波爾多、布爾岡）。產區範圍越細，級別越高！
2️⃣品種規定：只可以種植法例規定嘅提子品種。
3️⃣種植與釀造：連每公頃可以出產幾多提子、葡萄藤嘅修剪方法、最低酒精濃度都有嚴格規定！

 簡單嚟講，AOC 制度確保咗你買嘅每一支法國酒，都真實反映咗嗰片土地嘅「風土」（Terroir）特色。

 下次買法國酒，記得留意下酒標上嘅 AOC
