[Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte 2020]
Robert Parker rating: 91/100
Le Petit Smith Haut Lafitte 2020 is the second label launched by Smith Haut Lafitte. Smith Haut Lafitte was revitalized by French supermarket magnate Daniel Cathiard after he purchased the estate in 1990, restoring it to its premier status in Pessac Leognan.Due to the unique terroir conditions of this region being suitable for growing both red and white grapes, it has become one of the few areas in Bordeaux where both red and white wines are excellent.Parker even awarded 100 points to both the red and white wines in 2009 and 2010, creating an unparalleled momentum!
"The entry is strong, the texture is smooth, the palate is balanced, and the subtle combination of substance, softness, richness, and freshness is captivating."The wonderful and long finish showcases refined tannins, along with a mouth-coating and delicious substance.Throughout the tasting process, the intense aromatic scents are composed of rich fruits, sweet spices, golden tobacco leaves, as well as the aromas of graphite and licorice.
Grape varieties:
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
