Marchesi Antinori 2018 has a smooth and silky character, with ample clarity and brightness of berries. Due to the hot and dry summer that year, the previous 2017 vintage had more black and purple fruits, but this 2018 wine from a cooler growing season is dominated by raspberries and cherries, with hints of light spices and licorice.
