Chateau de Fonbel is a winery under Ausone, and Ausone owner Alain Vauthier has taken over.
The vineyard management practices have already adopted the Chateau Ausone system.But in terms of price, it is much more affordable, so wine experts jokingly refer to it as the "Chateau Ausone for the masses."

Deep purple-red wine color.Mature bramble, blackcurrant, and cherry jam, blended with the rich aroma of cream and frosted cake, followed by a hint of subtle spices.The mouthfeel is smooth, with juicy berry flavors that are perfectly balanced between sweet and tart, complemented by gentle coffee notes and a slowly emerging smoky, mineral finish.It is a very delicate and elegant Saint-Emilion wine.
