Chateau Dauzac can be traced back to 1622, when the estate was originally owned by a lawyer.Until 1685, it was purchased by a Bordeaux merchant named Pierre Drouillard.Later, Pierre took over the estate, and after years of investment and hard work, Château Dauzac became "the most beautiful and grandest estate in the MARGAUX region." Pierre passed away in 1708, leaving behind an estate that produced "outstanding and highly valuable wines."In 1841, the estate's heir sold the estate to Thomas Diedrich Wiebroock, and in 1855, Thomas witnessed Dauzac being rated as a fifth growth estate.
"Chateau Dauzac 2017 possesses the characteristics of a classic Margaux wine, exuding aromas of cherry, earth, tobacco, and flowers, with flavors of blackberry, blueberry, and chocolate. It has a tight and layered texture, smooth tannins, and a long, enchanting, and vibrant finish."
