[Bouchard Pere & Fils Cote de Beaune Village 2018]
Bouchard Père et Fils is a large and historic Burgundy wine estate located in Beaune. It is the largest vineyard owner in Côte d'Or, producing over 100 types of wine, primarily made from Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, with its range also including regions in Mâconnais, Chablis, and Beaujolais.
It exudes the bright aromas of blue plums, juicy wild strawberries, and faint hints of wild red berries, accompanied by scents of violet and nutmeg, with subtle notes of saffron and gray pepper. The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, and balanced, with a fine mineral structure. The tannins are precise, elegant, and very mellow.
Grape variety:
100% Pinot Noir
