When it comes to famous Bordeaux wines, people often say, "Lafite on the left bank, Pavie on the right bank."Chateau Pavie is located in the Saint Emilion region on the right bank of Bordeaux, France, and has a very long history.Chateau Pavie is located in the southeastern part of Saint Emilion on the right bank of Bordeaux. The soil here consists of the most common limestone and brown clay found on the right bank of Bordeaux. The average age of the vines is 40 years, and the grapes are all hand-picked and then placed in large stainless steel barrels for fermentation.Generally speaking, traditional French wines are smooth, balanced, and elegant; New World wines are full of personality, power, and wildness, but Chateau Pavie is an exception.Although Chateau Pavie originates from France, it inherently possesses the elegance and balance of French wines, while simultaneously embodying the power and character of New World wines.Esprit de Pavie has been made since 2008 using some grapes from the grand vin Chateau Pavie and the second wine Aromes de Pavie, as well as grapes from Clos L’Eglise and Sanite Colombe.
