Château de Valandraud is a producer in Saint-Émilion, classified as a Grand Cru Classé B.Virginie de Valandraud is the second wine of the legendary Valandraud estate. It was created by one of the most powerful couples in the wine world, Jean-Luc Thunevin (affectionately known as the "Bordeaux Bad Boy") and his talented wife, Murielle Andraud. This forward-thinking couple has kept some of Bordeaux's top producers on their toes with their groundbreaking ideas, clashing with the region's strictly enforced traditions. Their wines are themselves powerful, concentrated yet restrained right bank treasures.
