[Chateau Tauzinat L'Hermitage 2011]
Chateau Tauzinat L'Hermitage uses traditional proprietary techniques, hand-picking the grapes, and aging them in new French oak barrels for 12 months, with 40% of the wine aged in new French barrels.
"The palate features flavors of cherry, red berry, leaning towards red fruits, with a rich fruitiness and soft tannins. After decanting, it reveals notes of earth, tobacco, and cedar, all of which are well-balanced, with a medium body and acidity."
Grape varieties:
85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
