Château Les Moines is located in Blaye, on the right bank of the Gironde estuary, northwest of Bordeaux. Alain and Bertrand, father and son, are committed to protecting biodiversity and highlighting the essence of the terroir.

Pomegranate gem-colored wine.First, there are hints of sweet pepper, followed by the aromas of wild berries, vanilla, mint, and a bouquet of dried flowers. After gently swirling the glass, it releases elegant scents of chocolate, spices, and sandalwood.On the palate, there are flavors of cranberry, hawthorn, black tea, and a hint of licorice, with a slightly spicy finish.

The first-growth estate Château Guiraud is located in the renowned sweet white wine region of Sauternes. In addition to its sweet wines, its dry white wines are also quite exceptional.Chateau Guiraud boasts rich terroir conditions and manages its vineyards using organic methods. It was also one of the first wineries to receive organic certification from the French Ecological Agriculture Development Agency.

[Chandon Brut NV Sparkling]

If variety is the spice of life, then Chandon Brut is a perfectly seasoned little sparkling. A mix of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes are all carefully selected from cool climate spots across Victoria, including Whitlands Plateau, Strathbogie Ranges and the Upper Yarra Valley. Out here in wine country, it’s the changes in altitude, age and aspect that can create something deliciously unexpected. The result is a fresh, vibrant finish with hints of apple sorbet, lemon zest, sourdough and nougat. It’s diversity that makes the difference – and luckily for us, we’ve got it in spades.
