[L'orme de rauzan gassies 2015]
Rauzan-Gassies Winery is a wine estate in the Margaux region of Bordeaux. In the 1855 Médoc and Graves classification, it was classified as a Second Growth, with Cabernet Sauvignon dominating, like many wines in the region.
The 28-hectare (70-acre) vineyard is situated on a combination of deep gravelly soils and sandy gravel. Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for about two-thirds of the planted area, with the remainder made up of Merlot and small amounts of Petit Verdot and Malbec.
"Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Beautiful ruby color. Aromas of black fruits, with mature and smooth tannins. The wine has a rich body and a delicate balance of tannins, offering a complex palate."
Grape variety:
50% Merlot, 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, and 3% Cabernet Franc.
Under the law of Hong Kong, intoxicating liquor must not be sold or supplied to a minor in the course of business.
