Almaviva is a renowned wine brand located in the Maipo Valley of Chile, one of the most prestigious wines in Chile.In the tradition of top Bordeaux estates, Almaviva also produces a second wine called EPU (meaning "Two" in Mapudungun).Almaviva wine is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 18 to 20 months.In recent years, there is usually about 70% to 80% new wood.

Almaviva 2021 presents a deep purple color, exuding aromas of blackcurrant, strawberry, and raspberry, with hints of chocolate and spices.The taste is rich in fruit flavors and very balanced. This wine releases aromas of blackberry and a hint of cherry and blackberry on the palate, accompanied by delicate notes of chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of sweet spices.The tannins are smooth, the mouthfeel is rich, and the structure is strong.
